By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. About SkyFare Society

Skyfare Society provides curated business class flight fare alerts via email. We identify and share what we believe to be good-value business class fares from the UK to various destinations.

Skyfare Society does not sell flights directly.
 

3. Our Services

We offer two types of membership:

Free Membership and Paid membership.
 

Free members receive:

• Weekly business class deal emails

• Typically 1–2 curated fares per week

Paid members receive:

• Full curated business class deals

• Detailed explanations of why fares are good value

• Occasional alert emails for exceptional fares

• Premium members can submit one destination at a time for the Skyfare Society team to monitor. Skyfare Society will prioritise popular requests when searching for deals. Members acknowledge that submitting a request does not guarantee that a deal will be found, nor that it will meet all requested parameters. Skyfare Society may limit, delay or reject requests at its discretion. 

We reserve the right to change the number of deals provided at any time.
 

4. No Guarantee of Availability

Flight fares are:

• Time-sensitive

• Subject to change

• Subject to availability
   

We cannot guarantee:

• That fares will still be available when you attempt to book

• That prices will remain the same

• That deals will apply to your preferred dates or locations
   

All bookings are made directly with airlines or travel providers.
 

Skyfare Society is not responsible for:

• Price changes

• Booking issues

• Airline changes or cancellations
   

5. No Travel Agency Relationship

Skyfare Society:

• Does not sell flights

• Does not process bookings

• Is not a travel agent
   

We only provide information about flight fares.

All travel arrangements are made directly between you and the airline or booking provider.
 

6. Membership Fees (Paid Plan)

Paid membership fees:

• Are billed via Wix or Wix payment providers

• May be monthly or annual (depending on your chosen plan)

• Are subject to change (with reasonable notice)

By purchasing a paid membership, you agree to these charges.
 

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital subscription services:

• Paid memberships are generally non-refundable

• You may cancel at any time

• Cancellation will apply at the end of your billing period

We may offer refunds at our discretion.
 

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us.

After cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your billing period

• No further payments will be taken
   

9. Email Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive:

Free Members:

• Weekly business class deal emails
   

Paid Members:

• Full curated deal emails

• Additional deal alerts

• Occasional exceptional fare alerts
   

You may unsubscribe at any time.
 

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share paid membership content publicly

• Redistribute deals commercially

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

SkyFare Society is not responsible for:

• Missed deals

• Price changes

• Airline cancellations

• Travel disruptions

• Booking issues

Our service is provided "as is" without guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyfare Society shall not be liable for any loss arising from use of our service.
 

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Change membership features

• Adjust pricing

• Modify email frequency

• Update services

We will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
 

13. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
 

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
